Silver Heritage appoints John Dougall as Chairman/Independent Director

Silver Heritage has announced that it has appointed John Dougall, director of Tinybeans Group and SportsHero, as the company's independent director and chairman.

The change took place on June 25th, effective immediately.

The shift also resulted in the resignation of two of the company's directors, James Edwards and Rodney Hall.

Edwards, however, will remain on as Australian legal counsel and company secretary, while Hall continues in his role as Chief Operating Officer.

No other changes were made to the composition of the board.

The changes come after the takeover of the controlling interest of the company by Hatch Australia Holdings in January, after the company went  into administration in May of 2020.
