The Karl Lagerfeld Hotel in SJM Holding's Grand Lisboa Palace is taking bookings and will open to guests on Dec. 3.
The hotel was designed by the late fashion designer and is one of three hotels at the resort, which opened on July 30th. The property is also scheduled to feature a hotel designed by Donatella Versace, which has yet to open.
According to the GLP's Facebook page, the Karl Lagerfeld Hotel began taking bookings from Nov. 16.
SJM held the casino monopoly in Macau for decades, but has been gradually losing market share as newer properties opened and the gaming focus shifted to the Cotai Strip.
It has lagged all the other operators in establishing itself there and the opening of the Grand Lisboa Palace is seen as key in helping SJM to regain ground.
