SkyCity promotes Donna Cooper to a director position

Australia and New Zealand gaming operator SkyCity Entertainment Group has announced the appointment of a new non-executive director to the company’s board. The group, in a Thursday announcement, noted that Donna Cooper had been approved as a non-executive director of the SkyCity board, effective the same day.
Cooper has been an advisor for the group since July, having previously served with groups such as Coralus, TBS and the Banking Ombudsman Scheme in New Zealand.The move comes as SkyCity also faces regulatory issues, which it is aiming to appease through a corporate rethink and staff updates.
