Spectrum Gaming Group appoints Juliann Barreto to new COO role

In response to growing global demand for its services, Spectrum Gaming Group has appointed Juliann Barreto to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Barreto will be responsible for a wide range of operations, including managing a global team of staff and outside advisors, corporate strategic planning, marketing and overseeing Spectrum’s role as Executive Director of the National Council of Legislators from Gaming States, while also working directly with clients in a broad variety of engagements. She will perform a critical leadership role in Spectrum services that are in high demand from Asia to Latin America to North America and beyond, ranging from licensing investigations, regulatory services, lottery services and sports betting to economic-impact studies, hospitality services and strategic advisory services for governments and private operators.
