The Star Entertainment Group said its property in Sydney has reopened, while the operating restrictions for its Queensland resorts have eased.
Star Sydney has been closed since June 25th. All staff and guests need to be fully vaccinated to access the property.
The resort will be subject to capacity restrictions of 1 person per 4 square metres indoors and 1 person per 2 square metres outside.
Masks are compulsory and guests need to be seated while eating or drinking.
The seating requirement will be eased once New South Wales reaches an 80 percent vaccination rate, which is likely to be later this month.
From Dec. 1 capacity limits are expected to increase to 1 person per 2 sqm, while masks will only be mandatory for front-of-house workers.
As of Friday, capacity restrictions were eased to 1 person per 2 sqm in Queensland, while masks remain mandatory indoors.
