Success Dragon reshuffles its leadership team

This week Ding Lei, who has served as Success Dragon’s chairman of the board and CEO since last September, has been joined in the latter post by Zhu Tianxiang as a Co-CEO.

In its statement to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the firm stated, “Mr. Ding and Mr. Zhu are the co-chief executive officers and will jointly oversee the daily management and operation of the various developments of the group and business expansion. Mr. Ding, as the chairman of the board, will continue to be responsible for the leadership and management of the board.”

Zhu, according to the statement, has over fifteen years of experience in financial management and accounting, and has most recently been serving as an executive director of Sino Energy International Holdings Group.

Moreover, Liu Hu has resigned as an executive director of the company and been replaced by Cheung Nai Yuet, a specialist in finance and investor relations.

Success Dragon serves casino operators by helping to manage their gaming machine operations to maximize returns and foster growth and profitability. They work with a handful of smaller casinos in Macau.
