Tak Chun denies reports concerning VIP rooms in Cyprus, South Africa

A spokesperson from Tak Chun Group has denied recent media reports that it is considering opening VIP rooms in Cyprus and South Africa.

The report initially came from a local media outlet on Thursday, paraphrasing comments from Tak Chun’s group chief financial officer, KH Tsang during an event related to their Starworld VIP club expansion.

In a clarification email, the Tak Chun spokesperson said that the “early-stage” discussions in Cyprus and South Africa are related to the provision of one stop-services “in itinerary planning and local arrangements” similar to what they provide in the Philippines, Vietnam, Korea, Australia, US, New Zealand, Russia, Saipan and the Dream Cruise line.

The spokesperson denied any intention of opening VIP rooms in the two countries at this stage.

“We offer a unique range of services by bringing together world-class entertainment combined with the most exciting and diversified tourism experiences to our VIP guests,” the spokesperson added.
