Tasmania’s pokie revenue squeezed by new laws


Revenue from pokies in Tasmanian casinos has fallen by about $13 million, with income dropping 14 percent, following new rules from the Tasmanian Gaming Commission that impose restrictions on the advertising of gambling products, customer loyalty programs and access to cash.
