Universal Entertainment issues $143 million in additional notes

Japan-listed Universal Entertainment is planning to raise US$143 million in privately placed additional notes due 2024.
The scheduled issue date is July 2, 2021, and the proceeds will be used for the redemption of existing notes and general corporate purposes.
Universal Entertainment is the operator of the Philippines integrated resort Okada Manila, located in Manila.
