Vietnam to open to locals in three years

Vietnam is likely to open its casinos to locals within three years, but there is likely to be an entry levy and credit checks, according to  Augustine Ha Ton Vinh, an advisor to the Vietnamese government. He was speaking at the Macau Gaming Show.
