Wynn Macau to hand out ‘summer bonus’

Casino operator Wynn Macau has announced it will be issuing its staff a ‘summer bonus’ on July 15, according to a press release from the company.

The bonus will be equivalent to the employee's’ monthly salary, with over 9,000 staff members eligible for the summer bonus. However, senior management for the company are not covered in the bonus scheme.

Despite ongoing challenges faced by the industry, this bonus is being awarded as the company looks forward to the opening of Wynn Palace on August 22, and to celebrate Wynn Macau’s 10th anniversary on September 6,’ said the operator.

In January this year, Wynn announced a one month bonus for its Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace employees ahead of the Chinese New Year.

The bonus was also equivalent to one month’s salary of each employee.
