Wynn Palace hires more staff ahead of opening

Casino operator Wynn Macau has announced it has hired over 3,600 local employees for its Wynn Palace casino resort, according to a press release from Wynn on Tuesday.

The resort, which is still under construction, has hired 3,600 local employees, 1,000 of which are internal transfers from other Wynn properties, and more than 300 are newly hired employees, said the release.

In addition, the casino operator has also organized campus recruitment days in collaboration with various tertiary institutions, attracting over 1,000 students.

“The company has considerably increased the number of local hires through several events organised hand in hand with a number of local associations,” the firm said.

The operator also stated it was promoting members of the existing team to new roles at Wynn Palace.

“Up until May, more than 200 local employees will be promoted, as Wynn Palace understands the necessity of prioritising the upward mobility of local residents.”
