Macau fights to be a top destination for China tours

China's outbound tour groups are set to restart today, with Macau fighting to be the top destination to capitalize on the pent-up demand. Other countries, such as South Korea, Japan, the Philippines and Vietnam are also contending for the crown, while neighboring Hong Kong is offering enticing packages to lure potential punters. The offerings could have a knock-on effect, however, as gamblers come to the casino enclave after a sojourn in the neighboring SAR.
