The amendments to Macau's gaming law reduce regulatory uncertainties and are therefore a credit positive for the listed gaming operators, Moody's said in a note.




Visitor arrivals to Macau rose 30.7 percent in 2021 from the prior year, however the numbers were down 80 percent from their pre-pandemic levels, according to the Statistics and Census Service.
