AGTech wins Henan lottery contract

AGTech Holdings has won another contract to supply lottery terminals in China, this time to the Sports Lottery Administration Center in Henan.

“This demonstrates the group’s continued commitment to innovation and industry leading position in China’s lottery hardware market,” it said in a press release.

Earlier this month, the Hong Kong-listed company announced it had won similar contracts in Guizhou, Shanghai and Hebei. It gave no financial details of the awards.

AGTech’s GOT Technology Co unit will supply the terminals. GOT has a near 50 percent share of China Sports Lottery’s lottery hardware terminal market.

Announcing the three prior contracts, AGTech said the new lottery terminal model upgrades the user experience. It provides dual screens facing both the store owners and customers, which effectively strengthens the interactive experience at the time of purchase.

The terminal is also equipped with touch screens, which increases its ease of use and interactivity.
