Court extends share freeze order for Donaco’s Thai vendors

The Supreme Court of New South Wales has extended a court order preventing three Thai shareholders of Donaco International from selling their shares in the company.

The injunction was first granted in April this year, which prevents the three vendors of Star Vegas casino, who own about 17.9 percent of Donaco’s listed share capital, from selling their stock until the parties settle their litigation.

According to a filing from Donaco on Friday, the freeze order has been extended until November 2, 2018, which is when the matter is listed for further direction.
