Delta Corp to acquire online rummy leader

Delta Corp has set its sights on a leading online rummy website in India, in a deal that would put the casino operator to the top of the skill-based gaming market.  

According to local news, Delta Corp is in advanced stages of discussions with Head Infotech Pvt. Ltd., which operates Ace2three.com.

The acquisition deal would be for around $80-100 million, likely in a stock and cash deal, reports Glaws.

With Delta Corp’s acquisition of leading poker site Adda52, should the new deal be successful, the operator will also secure the top position in the online rummy market in India.
