D’Heights casino opens in Clark Freeport Zone


The sixth casino in the Clark Freeport Zone is officially open to the public after a soft opening on Wednesday, local media reports.

Dong Huang Clark Corp. chairman Lee Shin Kun, owner of the D’Heights Casino, led the soft opening of the casino, which is found within the 309-hector D’Heights Resort and Casino.

The property is due to open a five-star, 310 room Hilton Hotel and the Hyatt Regency, according to reports.

Albert Pascual, D’ Heights Resort and Casino business development manager added that the property will also include an indoor water theme park, a man-made lake, villas, condominium towers, the Singapore International School, a 36-hole golf course, restaurants, duty-free shops, as well as commercial establishments.

The casino itself will have an initial 50 gaming tables and 576 slot machines. Pascual said that 100 gaming tables will be available during the grand opening in October. 

The casino also has a VIP floor, dubbed D’Heights Club and a junket area. 

Pascual said for the property’s development is about $250 million.
