GPI becomes main equipment supplier for Encore Boston Harbor

Gaming Partners International (GPI), which recently become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Japan’s Angel Holdings, has been selected as the main casino equipment supplier for Wynn Resorts’ soon-to-be-opened Encore Boston Harbor.

GPI is supplying the Wynn’s property with over two hundred custom-designed gaming tables, secure casino chips, RFID enabled casino security, custom poker equipment, dice, and more.

The financial terms of the contract between Wynn Resorts and GPI were not revealed.

GPI was acquired by Angel Holdings in a deal that closed on May 1 of this year.
