Konami launches casino management system in New Mexico

Konami Gaming announced that its Synkros casino management system has been successfully launched at two facilities in the US state of New Mexico—Black Mesa Casino and Black Mesa Travel Center on San Felipe Pueblo.

Tom Jingoli, executive vice president and chief commercial officer of Konami Gaming, commented, “One of the key components of Black Mesa’s growth and success is its community-centered approach. Considering the organization’s longstanding strength in player connection, service, and engagement, it has been especially rewarding to partner together to build upon that foundation with new systems-delivered entertainment and personalized rewards.”

Konami Gaming first introduced the Synkros casino management system in 2012 as an evolution of what had previously been known as the Konami Casino Management System.
