Leong reiterates support for gaming workers ban

Legislator and SJM Holdings executive director Angela Leong has reiterated her support for a ban on gaming sector workers, and is keen to see the proposal further fleshed out, local media reports.

Leong was speaking at the Legislative Assembly plenary session on Monday, asking “that the bill is drawn with all caution, with view to a real and effective operation".

Leong urged local authorities to provide further details on the proposal and raised concerns on how such a ban would be implemented.
