Macau Legend buys back 1.97 million of its own shares


Macau Legend, which operates the Babylon Casino and Pharaoh's Palace in Macau, bought back 1.97 million shares of its own stock for HK$2.05 million ($264,500).

So far, Macau Legend has bought more than 93.3 million of its own shares, for a total value of approximately HK$106.4 million.

In August, Macau Legend reported a loss of HK$68.4 million for the first six months of 2015.

Shares of Macau Legend have lost 66.3 percent of their value since Apr. 9, falling to HKD1.05 at the closing of trading on Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2015.
