Macau’s Louis XIII luxury casino hotel makes substantial progress

Louis XIII Holdings Limited has made substantial progress in the development of its luxury casino hotel in Macau, scheduled to launch in mid-2016.

During its interim report for the six months ended Sept. 30, 2015, the Group reports that all concrete casting was completed by the end of August, and the "Inner Skin" curtain wall was largely completed in Oct. 2015.

Interior works have now commenced.

The Group expects consolidated losses to continue until the hotel is operational in mid-2016. but remains positive the new hotel remains well positioned in the Macau market.
