Mariana Entertainment opens second Club 88

E-gaming operator Mariana Entertainment has opened another Club 88, this time at the Mariana Resort & Spa in Marpi, north of Saipan.

The facility, which opened on November 20, has 30 e-gaming machines and will have a no smoking policy.

A consultant for Mariana Entertainment, which has been operating Club 88 at Saipan Ocean View Hotel in Garapan since July, said in August the company had set its sights set on another venue though declined to give details.

An E-Gaming law was passed in December 2013 stipulating that an e-gaming facility can only be operated in hotels with at least 100 rooms. Smaller hotels may also do so if it is attached to a golf course.
