Melco to allow rescheduling of hotel bookings up to Feb 29

Melco Resorts’ hotels at City of Dreams Macau and Studio City are allowing guests to reschedule or refund their hotel reservations at no additional charge, in the wake of casino closures across Macau. 

The notices were given on both of the hotels’ casino websites - stating those hotel reservations from now until February 29 will be able to change in this way.

“The health and safety of guests and colleagues are Melco's top priority. As mandated by the Macau SAR Government, Melco will temporarily close a number of its facilities in order to curb the spread of the new strain of Coronavirus. We will work closely with the Government and continue to carry out stringent operational protocols to safeguard the wellbeing of all visitors and colleagues across our properties.”
