MGM announces discretionary bonus to non-management

Macau casino operator MGM announced on Monday a discretionary bonus for all eligible non-management team members, awarding around 90 percent of its workforce.

In a press release, MGM said the discretionary bonus is in recognition of the hard work of its team members over the past year. The bonus is equal to one month’s salary and to be paid in two installments in mid-January and early-February 2020.

Grant Bowie, CEO and executive director of MGM China Holdings Limited said, “The Bonus is our appreciation and recognition to the hard work of our team members in the past year. We will continue to reinvest in our team members’ development and make MGM the ideal place for locals to grow and develop their careers. 2020 is a new beginning; we will welcome the new challenges and opportunities of Macau with an innovative mindset and continue our good tradition in participating and caring for the development of the community.”
