MGM China announces final dividend

MGM China Holdings will be paying a final dividend of HK$0.16 (US$0.02) per share to its shareholders, amounting to  approximately HK$608 million in aggregate for the year ended Dec. 31, 2016.

In a filing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Monday, the company said the amount represents approximately 20 percent of the group’s profit attributable to owners of the company for the full-year 2016.

The final dividend will be available for shareholders registered before June 6, 2017, and is expected to be paid on June 16, 2017.
