Nagacorp proposes adoption of dual foreign name

Hong Kong-listed Nagacorp has proposed to adopt “金界控股有限公 司” as a dual foreign name of the company, which is subject to approval from shareholders at the 2016 AGM, according to a recent filing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The proposal if approved, will allow the company to formalize the use of the Chinese name “ with the express statutory recognition and permission under the laws in the Cayman Islands.”

It will not affect any of the rights of the shareholders, according to the firm.

According to the announcement, the upcoming AGM will be held on Wednesday, Apr. 20, 2016.
