Pagcor approves Tiger Resorts development plan

Tiger Resort Leisure and Entertainment announced the approval from Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (PAGCOR) of the updated implementation plan for its Manila Bay Resorts.

The extension was granted “given the increased scope and scale of the development, which promises to be the ‘jewel in the crown’ of Entertainment City,” the company said in a press release.

The expansions in the design and scope of the project required an additional $700 million investment.

The improvements will include an additional 97,000 square meters of gross floor area, covering two hotel towers with a sky bridge, making the striking property an even more iconic showpiece in the Metro Manila skyline.

There will also be 15,000 square meters of additional guest rooms, 30,000 square meters of additional parking space to accommodate 1,000 more cars. The adjustments will also include enhanced water and electrical system design and the improvement of both structural and architectural designs of the project.
