REXLot Holdings says allegations against company are untrue

REXLot Holdings Limited said it has reviewed a report containing various allegations against the company and found it to be unsubstantiated and untrue.

Without providing details of the allegations, the company said it relates to a notice on June 24 announcing the suspension of trading in the company’s shares. The company said it was waiting to release a clarification announcement, “which is inside information in nature.”

“The Board is in the process of preparing a clarification announcement to address the allegations and related questions raised by the Stock Exchange. The clarification announcement will be published as soon as practicable.”
