Sands China declares interim dividend

Macau casino operator Sands China has declared an interim dividend of HK$0.99 ($US0.127) per share, according to a filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

It is expected the Interim Dividend will be paid on Friday, Feb. 26, 2016, payable to shareholders of the company whose names appear on the register of members of the company up to Feb. 9, 2016.

The filing also said there will be an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on Friday, Feb. 19, at which shareholders will decide upon a proposed amendment to the terms of the company’s Equity Award Plan (EGM).
