Sands China to pay one-time special bonus

Sands China said it will pay a one-time bonus equivalent to a month’s salary to all team members of qualifying grades as a reward for their contributions.

The company said the bonus will be received by 99 percent of its 28,000 team members.

“We are pleased to announce this one-time special award for eligible team members as a way to express our appreciation for their teamwork and dedication,” said President Wilfred Wong “With Sands Macao marking its milestone of 15 years of service in Macau this year, and developments on The Londoner Macao project well on track, I look forward to working with our team members to ensure that Sands China continues to go from strength to strength.”

The bonus is subject to a ceiling of MOP50,000 ($6,206) for staff who joined the company before June 1st.
