SF Lottery signs distribution deal for scratch lottery

Hong Kong-listed AGTech Holdings Ltd has announced that SF Lottery (Shenzhen) Technology Development Company Ltd. has entered into distribution agreements with four Sports Lottery Administration Centres across the country.

According to a filing from the company on Thursday, SF Lottery is a joint venture between an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of AGTech and an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of S.F. Holding Co., Ltd.

The agreements allow SF Lottery to act as a distributor of SF-Themed Instant Scratch Lottery and provide the relevant distribution and sales services in respect of SF-Themed Instant Scratch Lottery, such as logistics and distribution, lottery maintenance and prize management in the four provinces - which include the Guangdong Province, Jiangsu Province, Hunan Province and the Jiangxi Province.

The agreements are for a term of three years from the date of signing.
