AGTech sales gain since Q2, close to China acquisition


AGTech Holding said its virtual sports betting sales have shown “meaningful” improvement since the close of the second quarter this year and it has entered the “final assessment” phase for an acquisition in China.The company made the comments in a filing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, saying its previously announced initiatives all remain on track.AGTech plans a new marketing campaign to boost sales and distribution of its “e-Ball” game in Jiangsu province in the second half. A next generation, high frequency game platform has also been completed that will allow the roll out of its Lucky Racing game to other provinces beyond Hunan.The company’s lottery supply division has won multiple sports lottery terminal tenders in various provinces and it’s seeking to expand this business outside of China. AGTech says it has a recently established network of international distributors and is conducting technical trials more than 10 countries.
