China cancels passports of 145 individuals for cross border gambling/fraud

China is continuing its crackdown on cross border gambling, invalidating the passports of 145 nationals and restricting their departure from the country for three years. Beijing in March passed amendments to its legislation making it a criminal offence to promote or engage in cross border gambling activities.
