CY Foundation Y15H1 net loss widens to $18 million

CY Foundation Group Ltd told the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that its first half net loss grew  to HK$140.3 million (US$18 million) in its financial first half ended Sept. 30.

The company attributed the increase in net loss due to the downturn in gaming and to the impairment of intangible assets.

“The anti-corruption campaign and the economic downturn in the People’s Republic of China will continue to impact the performance of the electronic gaming business in Macau,” the company said.
