Dynamic Partners to offer Game Fair and property tours at G2E Asia

Asia-based consultancy Dynamic Partners has teamed up with the organizers of G2E Asia 2018 to organize the all new Game Development Fair on Wednesday May 16, 2018.

The event is targeted at emerging game developers interested in commercialising new online and land based game content in Asia. Participants will be able to take advantage of networking opportunities with potential distributors, operators and investors interested in new games and entertainment solutions for the region.

As part of the event, 10 companies from Asia and 10 from Europe will have the opportunity to showcase their company and games to an audience that is expected to attract over 13,000 visitors. Each showcasing company will be provided a complimentary 2m x 2.5m space including all furnishings in a dedicated zone of the event.

Harmen Brenninkmeijer, Dynamic Partners: “This event is targeted at young and emerging content companies that fulfil one or more of 1) being under 3 years old; 2) having a team smaller than 10 people; and/or 3) with annual turnover under US$1 million.”

“We have organized the Game Development Fair to provide a platform for newcomers to the industry from both within and outside Asia with the opportunity for targeted business development with some of the key decision makers in the region. G2E Asia is supporting the event by giving complimentary exhibition space and by promoting the attendees in its PR, so it is quite a unique proposition and an excellent opportunity for those companies lucky enough to be selected,” he said.

Any company looking to apply for a space at this year’s Game Development Fair, can send their information to [email protected]. All requests should be made by April 18.

In addition to the Game Development Fair, Dynamic Partners has also announced an exclusive, unique tour for a select number of EMEA casino operators with the aim of giving them exclusive access and insight into the operation of some of Macau’s most successful casinos.

Named the Cotai Trek, the two day organized event will encompass guided visits to several casinos including City of Dreams Macau, Galaxy Macau and Wynn Palace as well as C-level networking opportunities.

Cotai Trek attendees will kick off the program by attending the Presidents’ Reception at 16.30 on Tuesday 15 which will be followed by the G2E Asia Awards Dinner held between 19.00-21.00 on the same evening.

Wednesday the 16 May will include a guided property tour of key Macau properties between 10.00 -13.00. Each property toured will focus on areas in which that property excels, providing insights into areas of Entertainment, VIP Gaming and Luxury in Style.

The Cotai Trek is free to attend with attendance limited to ownership and C-level executives, with a total number of 25 places and a maximum of two attendees per organization.

In addition to the guided tour and networking opportunities, G2E Asia organizer Reed Exhibitions is offering 2 complimentary hotel nights per attendee as part of the package.

Harmen Brenninkmeijer said: “The Cotai Trek is a unique opportunity for EMEA casino operators to get insight behind the scenes of some of Macau’s, and the world’s, most successful casino operations. We have organized this event with G2E Asia to give EMEA operators the opportunity to better understand how to serve a unique customer demographic that is becoming internationally more relevant year-by-year.”

If you are an EMEA casino operator and would like to register your interest to attend then please email [email protected] with your name, organization and contact details. Applications close April 16, 2018.
