Everi enters into license agreement with Spin Games

Everi Holdings Inc., the casino gaming industry’s single source provider of gaming products and payments solutions announced it has entered into a content integration and technology license agreement with Spin Games LLC, the premier provider of innovative content and smart solution HTML5 technology to interactive and social gaming operators.

Pursuant to the new partnership, Spin will integrate Everi’s gaming content throughout North American and European I-gaming jurisdictions through the ROCTM (Robust Online Client), Spin’s best-of-breed HTML5 remote gaming server (RGS).

Everi will leverage Spin Games’ leading technology capabilities for social and real money wagering platforms to deliver an extensive portfolio of popular slot gaming titles to mobile devices, desktop platforms, and multiple internet browsers, enabling players to access the games they enjoy at any time.
