Female gamblers to be surveyed

The Social Welfare Bureau will survey local women gamblers to gain insight into female gambling addiction. The bureau commissioned the University of Macau to conduct the telephone survey, beginning in late May, after concluding that one-third of the people seeking help with problem gambling are women.
