Green resigns from Silver Heritage Group

Australia-listed Silver Heritage Group has announced the resignation of its non-executive director and chairman, David Green, effective immediately.

In a filing from the operator on Monday, Silver Heritage said Green resigned for both personal reasons and also to enable him to focus on other business interests.

In the meantime, Mr. Matthew Hunter will fill the role of Interim Chairman.
