HatchAsia headed for PSE listing by 18Q2

Technology provider DFNN Inc. says it is planning to list its gaming service business on the Philippine Stock Exchange in 2018, The Inquirer reports.

DFNN president and chief executive officer Ramon Garcia made the announcement during a stockholders meeting on Friday.

“The intention is to take HatchAsia listed by way of introduction because we have now wiped out our deficit (DFNN),” said Garcia, speaking to the Inquirer. “We have engaged China Bank (Capital) to manage the issuance,” he added.

Listing by way of introduction means a listing on the stock exchange without an initial public offering.

HatchAsia offers backroom services to gaming firms, including IT, training, design, coding and payments processing services.

Ron Arambulo, HatchAsia’s chief executive officer said the goal was for the listing to happen by the second quarter of 2018.
