Iao Kun Group announces final dividend for 2015

Iao Kun Group Holding Company Limited, has announced its annual dividend for 2015 at $0.008 per ordinary share as of July 8, 2016, according to a recent filing.

The payment date of the dividend will be July 20, 2016.

IKGH recently acquired the Bloomberry’s Jeju Sun Hotel & Casino in Jeju, Korea for $102.3 million.

The acquisition consideration includes the property on which the Jeju Hotel & Casino is situated, as well as a non-expiring gaming license, which allows for an unlimited number of gaming tables that may be installed, subject to regulatory approval.

IKGH said it expects to finalize its funding arrangements for the acquisition within the next few weeks.
