Jennifer Aument receives green light for Aristocrat Non-Executive Director appointment

Jennifer Aument has received the necessary regulatory pre-approval for her appointment Non-Executive Director of Aristocrat Leisure Limited.

According to the Australian gambling machine manufacturer, Aument’s appointment to the role has been confirmed by the Board, and she will offer herself for election by shareholders at Aristocrat’s 2024 Annual General Meeting.
Aument’s nomination was first announced on April 11, 2023, a few months after she stepped down from her role as global transportation chief executive at infrastructure consulting firm AECOM. She also previously held leadership roles in government relations and public affairs in companies such as Bechtel Infrastructures, and served as president and CEO of Transurban’s North American operations.
