Massachusetts gaming report talks of unlicensed credit

A report from the Massachusetts Gaming Commission’s Bureau of Investigations and Enforcement has found that sub-junkets, which are below the level of officially licensed gaming promoters, also issue credit to players in Macau. The report was prepared as part of a review of MGM Resorts’ suitability to own a casino license in the U.S. state.
