Melco shares enviromental management experience with local SMEs

Casino operator Melco Resorts & Entertainment held a workshop for local SMEs in the Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) and Maintenance Services & Spare Parts industries, sharing with them ISO 14001 Standards and Green Management & Certification trends.

Over twenty local SME representatives participated in the workshop learning about the trends in Green Management & Certification and support services from a presentation given by Ms. Jenny Ho, manager of standards, management, training & assessment, CPTTM; and Mr. Johnny Wong, property services manager of Melco Resorts & Entertainment.

The duo then briefed the group on Environmental Certification ISO14001 Standards and shared Melco’s experience in enhancing environmental management standards.

The workshop allowed the participants to get the latest information and more understanding on how they could continuously improve the foundation of the environmental management for their future projects.

The workshop was concluded with a business networking session that allowed SME representatives to introduce their products and services to Melco’s Supply Chain Department.
