PokerNation to cease ops from Sept 15

Essel Group’s online poker website PokerNation has decided to cease operations starting September 15 as part of a restructuring process.

According to a report from PokerGuru, a notice was put on the PokerNation website saying: “PokerNation has made the decision to part ways with its partner Microgaming, it’s current software provider. We would be taking a break and discontinue our poker operations as part of a restructuring process from 15th of September, 2018.”

The company said it will aim to resume operations within 90-120 days with its own customized software and features.
