SkyCity Adelaide rolls out Tiger Baccarat

SkyCity’s Adelaide casino has now launched Tiger Baccarat, the first to do so in Australia and New Zealand following a successful rollout of the game in Asian casinos.

Tiger Baccarat adds a range of side bets to the traditional game of Baccarat and SkyCity’s launch was timed to coincide with Lunar New Year celebrations.

SkyCity Adelaide General Manager of Table Games Ash Azad says “Tiger Baccarat provides players with a multitude of exciting and new wagering options based on results incorporating tie, pairs, and outcomes of 6, whilst still maintaining all the features of classic Baccarat’s core wagering options.”   

The company is preparing for the launch of its revamped casino and hotel complex in October 2020. The $AU330m project in the heart of Adelaide’s Riverbank Precinct includes a 120-key luxury hotel, VIP gaming facilities, new restaurants and bars including a rooftop bar, spa, and wellness center and conference and function facilities.

So far SkyCity Adelaide is the only casino in Australasia offering Tiger Baccarat in Australia on the back of what Mr. Azad describes as “its incredible popularity across Asia. We are committed to offering our customers the widest and most exciting range of table games in Australia.”
