SkyCity hires new Chief People and Culture Officer

New Zealand-based gaming operator SkyCity Entertainment Group has announced the appointment of a new Chief People and Culture Officer, with Shaun Philp assuming the role effective from September 4^th, 2023.

Philp joins SkyCity from Chorus New Zealand, where he held the role of Chief People Officer since 2017.
Philp previously held senior leadership roles across Australia and New Zealand, including General Manager of Human Resources at AMP New Zealand.
SkyCity also announced that it has appointed current General Manager of Employee Services Greg McNair to serve as the Acting Chief People and Culture Officer in the interim, running from March 27^th.
The company is undergoing a management shake-up as it handles inquiries by authorities into alleged anti money-laundering breaches at its SkyCity Adelaide property.
