Suzohapp’s Canadian facilities obtains ISO9001 accreditation

SUZOHAPP has announced that its Canadian facility has obtained the ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.

The Canadian facility SUZOHAPP manufactures the Bill-to-Bill currency management systems and the MFL bill validator. Both product lines have  become  industry standards in terms of reliability, performance and customer satisfaction.

To become ISO 9001 certified, a company must fulfill requirements outlined by the ISO  -  International Standardization Organization – and must demonstrate a quality management system with the ability to consistently provide quality products enhancing customer satisfaction. The ISO 9001:2015 sets out the criteria including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
