The Tinian Department of Labor has sanctioned Tinian Trading International, a company which supplies staff to Tinian Dynasty, according to local media.
A fine of $1,000 was imposed on the company for failing to post an employer declaration as required by employment rules and regulations. However, the fine will be suspended for a year, if the employer complies with the regulations for the year.
According to CNMI Labor, a notice of violation was filed against Tinian Trading for failing to file an online declaration for each U.S. status-qualified job applicant who posted a response on the Citizen Job PLacement website if the employer rejected that applicant.
Nine job vacancy announcements were placed to fill various positions at Dynasty in total.
